Local Agent Instalment - R4950.00

This 1st instalment is paid to our partner agency OVC before your interview. OVC will assist you with your application. This fee is non-refundable. 

2nd Instalment - R3000.00

At this stage we will start the process of verifying your references, approving your police check and getting your application ready for camps to see! EXCITING!

3rd Instalment - R1950.00

This instalment confirms your placement so we can organise your visa forms and Group Coverage. Get excited for camp!

Police Check

After your interview you will be given instructions of how to apply for your police check. All of our applicants are required to obtain a new police check as part of the application.

Medical Form

Everyone is required to submit a Camp America medical form, which needs to be completed by a doctor. We’d love to tell you exactly how much this is going to cost but it completely depends on your Doctor.

Visa Embassy Fee - $185.00 USD

US Government Refundable Visa Integrity Fee - $250.00 USD

Due to be implemented in 2025, the US Government is introducing a refundable Visa Integrity Fee, expected to be $250.00 USD. As part of your visa application, you'll need to pay this fee upfront. Don't worry  it's refundable after your summer, as long as you stick to the terms of your J1 visa!
