Local Agent Instalment - R4950

This 1st instalment is paid to our partner agency, OVC, who will assist you with your returning application. This fee is non-refundable. 

2nd Instalment - R3000

At this stage we will start the process of verifying your references, approving your police check and getting your application ready for camps to see! EXCITING!

3rd Instalment - R3180

This instalment confirms your placement, we can organise your visa forms and Group Coverage, and book your flights. Get excited for camp!

Police Check

You will need to apply for a police check each season. All of our applicants are required to obtain a new police check as part of the application.

Medical Form

Everyone is required to submit a Camp America medical form, which needs to be completed by a doctor. We’d love to tell you exactly how much this is going to cost but it completely depends on your Doctor.

Visa Embassy Fee - R3270

*US$185 paid directly to the embassy for your J1 visa appointment. Currency conversion is an estimate and you will pay in USD using a Credit Card.
